Description

• Lead data-driven decision-making within the organization.
• Serve as a client/industry-facing advocate for data methodologies and best practices.
• Develop strategies for project execution, including use cases and stakeholder alignment.
• Act as a mentor and leader for managers and data scientists.
• Drive development and implementation based on customer and market insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the data science vision and roadmap.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team of data scientists.
• Direct research initiatives in emerging AI technologies.
• Lead the development of machine learning and AI solutions.
• Oversee data analysis and modeling for business outcomes.
• Establish protocols for data quality and reliability.
• Guide the creation of data visualizations for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in a related field; MBA is a plus.
• 10 years of experience in data science, with 8 years in leadership.
• Experience managing and scaling data science teams.
• Proven record of delivering impactful AI and ML solutions.
• Expertise in generative AI models and techniques.
• Advanced knowledge of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms.
• Strong business acumen and communication skills.
