Job Description
You will design and institutionalize the operating system for traditional media.
This includes: • Media buying frameworks across Tier-1, Tier-2, and Tier-3 markets • Vendor benchmarking and negotiation discipline • Attribution architecture (direct response tracking, call-center lead mapping, walk-in tracking, geo analysis, brand-lift assessment) • Creative A/B testing methodology with measurable feedback loops • City-wise rollout playbooks • Budget reallocation logic based on ROI • Documenting learnings to build institutional memory and long-term compounding advantage
This is a revenue-accountable leadership role
Core outcomes include: • Building a traditional media playbook that can scale nationally • Growth in high-intent direct traffic and footfall • Measurable new customer acquisition • Clear revenue contribution from traditional channels • Improvement in blended CAC over time
Traditional media must demonstrate measurable payback and earn its capital allocation and must operate with the same rigor and measurement discipline as digital performance marketing
The Successful Applicant • 10-15 years in B2C demand generation • Experience managing meaningful traditional media budgets • Hands-on exposure to TV, Print, and OOH execution • Radio and BTL activation experience is advantageous but not core • Comfortable operating across Tier-1, Tier-2, and Tier-3 markets • Has built or implemented attribution models for offline campaigns • Has seen campaigns fail and can clearly articulate what changed afterward • Has operated in environments where capital was constrained and outcomes were scrutinized • Calm, structured operator in a founder-led environment • Thinks in capital efficiency, not impressions • Healthcare, wellness, FMCG, or D2C experience preferred but not mandatory
