The Company seeks an ambitious and metrics-driven Director of eCommerce to lead performance marketing and direct-to-consumer growth. In this vital role, you will set and own financial goals for eCommerce, spearhead innovative marketing initiatives, and enhance key performance indicators through effective customer acquisition strategies and optimized site experiences.
You will have the opportunity to shape the future of eCommerce analytics and measurement, manage the attribution strategy, and establish a roadmap for international site expansion. We are looking for a hands-on, entrepreneurial leader who excels in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or digital retail, showcasing a proven ability to drive end-to-end channel performance. A strong operational mindset is crucial, alongside hands-on experience in sales growth and a comprehensive understanding of the U.S. eCommerce landscape. Experience with AI-driven marketing tools and a record of successfully leading diverse teams are essential for success. A Bachelor’s degree is required, while an MBA or equivalent graduate qualification is preferred. We value creativity, a passion for digital commerce, and the ability to tell compelling brand stories.
