Role Description

We are seeking a Director of Engineering for a full-time hybrid role based in Miami Beach, FL, with flexibility for some remote work. In this position, you will lead on-shore and off-shore engineering teams to design, develop, and deliver innovative software solutions. You will oversee architecture and platform modernization (in a .NET/Azure tech stack), ensure seamless system integration (with payment processing and CMS solutions), and collaborate closely with AI-driven, cross-functional teams to implement company strategies. You will report to and work closely with the SVP of Product and Technology to execute a market-driven roadmap that includes critical UIUX improvements to self-service workflows. Additionally, you will play a key role in mentoring and fostering a high-performing, AI-enabled engineering culture.
