Director of Engineering - Customer Engagement Platforms

As a Director of Engineering at our client, a leading financial technology platform provider, you will have the opportunity to play a key leadership role in shaping the technology direction and delivery strategy for a suite of enterprise platforms used by banks and credit unions to manage customer engagement. Key Responsibilities: - Shape the technology direction and delivery strategy for enterprise platforms used by banks and credit unions - Lead a large engineering organization in building and scaling enterprise-grade SaaS solutions - Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate product vision into scalable technology platforms - Strengthen engineering culture, mentor engineering leaders, and establish best practices in architecture, quality, and platform scalability
