| Team Development | • Recruit, mentor, and lead a high‑performing QA organization. • Foster a “Quality Engineering” culture where testers act as automation architects. |
| Risk & Compliance | • Identify & mitigate architectural and release risks. • Ensure QA processes meet HIPAA, PII, CCPA, SOC 2, ISO 27001, and industry‑specific audit requirements. |
| Metrics & Reporting | • Define and report Executive KPIs: Escaped Defect Rate, Automation Coverage, Test Execution Velocity, etc. • Provide transparent dashboards for leadership. |
| Data Integrity & Security | • Build rigorous QA protocols for systems handling PII/HIPAA data. • Maintain automated audit trails for all testing activities. |
| Integration Testing | • Oversee end‑to‑end testing of complex integrations (iManage, NetDocuments, Elite 3E, Aderant, Salesforce, etc.). |
| Legal‑Tech Tricentis Strategy | • Direct Tosca implementation for “headless” API testing and UI automation of legacy legal applications lacking standard object identification. |
| Audit‑Ready QA | • Produce comprehensive, automated audit documentation to satisfy client‑driven security audits and outside‑counsel guidelines (OCGs). |
