Senior Software Engineer

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join an innovative supply chain technology team within a large, established organization. This team operates with a startup mindset—focused on speed, modern architecture, and solving complex real-world problems.

You will play a key role in transforming a legacy Warehouse Management System (WMS) into a real-time, event-driven ecosystem, building scalable systems that directly impact warehouse operations and logistics efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect Event-Driven Systems: Design and implement scalable, decoupled microservices using Azure services such as Event Hubs and Service Bus to support high-volume, real-time inventory transactions.
• Modernize Legacy Systems: Develop robust backend services using .NET / C# to extend and integrate legacy systems without disrupting business operations.
• Frontend Development:
  • Build mobile-first, high-performance interfaces for RF scan devices using Vue.js
  • Develop interactive admin dashboards using Blazor
• Solve Complex Challenges: Address concurrency, race conditions, and data synchronization issues in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• CI/CD & DevOps: Manage end-to-end development lifecycle including build, deployment, and monitoring using GitHub Actions and Azure tools.

Required Qualifications

• Strong expertise in C# and .NET 8+, with focus on clean, scalable, and high-performance code
• Experience with event-driven architecture and message brokers (Azure Service Bus, Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.)
• Frontend experience with Vue.js (or React/Angular with willingness to learn Vue)
• Exposure to or interest in Blazor for internal applications
• Strong SQL skills with understanding of NoSQL/document-based databases
• Ability and willingness to integrate with legacy/non-relational systems

Preferred Skills

• Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture
• Familiarity with warehouse, logistics, or supply chain systems
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services
