In the Study Program:

• Part-time Master's degree program with 4 semesters including Master's thesis
• Recognized & accredited Master's degree from Hochschule Reutlingen
• Lectures in block format for optimal compatibility of job & study: 80% job – 20% Master
• Optimal combination of theoretical teaching content and practical application in the company
• Premium teaching by experienced professors and lecturers from HS Reutlingen as well as experts from practice
• Small course groups & case studies for individual and practice-oriented learning

In the Job:

• You will work as a Junior Data Engineering Consultant on demanding and diverse projects with clients of various sizes and industries
• You will analyze complex data architectures and create tailor-made concepts for modern data platforms that are precisely aligned with the clients' needs
• You will design and implement scalable data pipelines, data warehouses, and data lakes that efficiently process large amounts of data and make them available for various applications
• You will work with technologies that form the basis of modern data architectures and bring innovative solution approaches and best practices into our projects

What You Should Bring

• You have a Bachelor's degree in (Business) Informatics or a similar field with a minimum grade point average of 2.5 and at least 15 ECTS in Business Administration components
• You have proven English skills at B2 level (according to GER) as per the Hochschule Reutlingen's language regulations and, if applicable, proven German skills at C1 level (according to GER)
• You work predominantly remotely and are willing to travel regularly to clients throughout Germany
• You are communicative, solution-oriented, and a true hands-on team player who values collaboration at eye level and lives team spirit
• You love challenges: Integrating complex data sources and building innovative data pipelines are not just tasks for you, but opportunities to create real impact
• You are familiar with hyperscalers (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) and platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or Microsoft Fabric, and use Data Management Frameworks to create agile structures for data-driven work
