About the role

We are looking for an intermediate to senior Full Stack Developer with strong Python Back-End expertise to join an innovative project in the healthcare field.

You will contribute to the development of an intelligent conversational agent (Agentic AI) integrated into a major hospital network, aiming to improve patients' understanding of their health status and facilitate interactions between patients and medical teams.

This role combines advanced backend development, integration of artificial intelligence technologies, and mobile development, in an environment with real high impact.

Technical Requirements and Skills

Main Requirements:

• Backend development experience with Python (mandatory)
• Experience with the following technologies:
  • Langchain / LangGraph
  • Langsmith
  • Pydantic AI
  • MCP Protocol
• Experience with Cosmos DB (Azure)
• Experience with Azure Cognitive Search
• Mobile development experience with React Native (mandatory)
• Good command of frontend technologies:
  • Redux
  • TypeScript
  • React JS
  • SCSS
• Confirmed Full Stack experience
• Mobile experience (iOS and Android)

Objectives and Deliverables

• Develop and maintain backend functionalities related to the AI agent
• Ensure integration with health data systems
• Develop and improve mobile interfaces for end-users
• Contribute to the performance, security, and reliability of solutions
• Participate in the continuous evolution of the product

Main Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services in Python
• Implement functionalities related to artificial intelligence and conversational agents
• Integrate Azure cloud services (Cosmos DB, Cognitive Search)
• Develop and maintain mobile applications in React Native
• Collaborate with product and technical teams to deliver high-value solutions
• Participate in code reviews and development best practices
• Optimize performance and ensure application stability
• Ensure code quality and solution maintainability

Assets

• Experience in projects related to artificial intelligence / Agentic AI
• Experience in the healthcare or medical systems sector
• Experience with sensitive or regulated data systems
• Experience in Azure cloud environments
