About

We are looking for a Developer passionate about creating generative AI solutions and agentic AI systems to join our growing team. You will contribute to the development of intelligent and autonomous solutions using Google Cloud technologies to transform business operations through AI.

A French-speaking profile working in a hybrid mode in Montreal is required.

What you'll do

Design agentic AI solutions

Collaborate on the design and development of AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, and acting autonomously. Use tools such as Vertex AI, LangChain, and Google Cloud Functions to create reliable and scalable agentic workflows.

Collaborate with teams

Work closely with data scientists, analysts, and IT teams to ensure AI agents are aligned with business objectives and built from quality data.

Deploy and monitor AI agents

Participate in the deployment of agentic systems in production via Google Cloud's MLOps stack (Vertex AI Pipelines, Cloud Build, etc.). Ensure performance monitoring and seamless integration with existing systems.

Integrate business systems

Support the integration of AI agents with operational systems, in coordination with IT and DevOps teams to meet technical requirements and deployment strategies.

Learn and evolve continuously

Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in agentic AI, LLMs, and Google Cloud AI services. Apply new techniques to improve solution capabilities and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

What you bring

  • Degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in software development or AI/ML projects.
  • Proficiency in Python and familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Hands-on experience in building agentic AI systems (prompt engineering, agent frameworks, RAG, vector databases, model fine-tuning, reasoning chains).
  • Knowledge of MLOps practices on GCP (CI/CD, model deployment, monitoring).
  • Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts.
  • Bilingual (French and English): regular collaboration with English-speaking colleagues across Canada.
