What you'll achieve with us

We are looking for a motivated individual to be professionally and technically responsible for our existing CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics 365).

• Ownership for further development, architecture and operation of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment (Sales, Marketing, Customer Voice, Customer Insights)
• Independent technical implementation of customizations and extensions (Custom Tables/Fields, Business Rules, Power Automate, Forms, Views)
• Maintenance and expansion of integrations to relevant surrounding systems (e.g. ERP, Marketing, Sales and CPQ systems)
• Management and prioritization of the CRM backlog in close cooperation with Sales, Marketing and IT
• Conducting user onboarding, support, and user, role, and license management

What you bring with you

• Education in Computer Science or Business Informatics (EFZ, degree or equivalent)
• Several years of technical experience in the configuration and further development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (minimum in Sales and Marketing modules)
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Experience in project management is an advantage
• Understanding of central Sales and Marketing processes and experience with Microsoft Services (e.g. Entra ID, Azure, M365) are an advantage
• Experience with Power BI and Automation Platforms (e.g. n8n, Zapier) and interest and initial experience in using AI in CRM and process contexts are an advantage
• Very good German and good English skills
