E-Commerce Designer (CRO & Funnels)
Gividreams
About the role
JOB TITLE E-Commerce Designer (CRO & Funnels)
Location: Bhilai, Chhattisgarh (On-site)
Company: Gividreams LLC
Type: Full-time
ABOUT US At Gividreams LLC, we run multiple high-volume Shopify stores across different niches. We sell digital and physical products and obsess over one thing — conversion. We're not looking for someone who makes things "look pretty." We need someone who makes things sell.
ABOUT THE ROLE We're hiring a results-driven E-Commerce Designer who lives and breathes conversion rate optimization. You will own the design of our product pages, landing pages, funnels, and checkout experience. Every pixel you place must have a purpose — and that purpose is revenue.
This is not a branding role. This is a performance role.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Product Pages & Landing Pages • Design and optimize Shopify product pages that convert browsers into buyers • Build high-converting landing pages for paid traffic (Meta/Google Ads) • A/B test page layouts, headlines, images, CTAs, and social proof placements • Reduce bounce rate by improving above-the-fold experience and page load perception
Funnel Building • Build pre-purchase flows — bundle pages, quantity selectors, sticky add-to-cart • Build post-purchase flows — one-click upsells, order bumps, thank you page offers • Design and structure multi-step checkout experiences that maximize AOV • Work with tools like GemPages, PageFly, ReConvert, AfterSell, or ABConvert
CRO & Optimization • Identify conversion bottlenecks using heatmaps, session recordings, and analytics • Propose and execute data-driven design changes based on real performance metrics • Track and report on CVR, AOV, bounce rate, and revenue impact of every change • Collaborate with the media buyer to align ad creatives with landing page experience
Ongoing Work • Maintain design consistency across all store pages • Keep up with Shopify UI/UX trends and CRO best practices • Document winning designs and build a reusable component library
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Must Have • Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on Shopify design experience • Proven track record — you must show actual before/after CVR or AOV numbers • Deep understanding of customer psychology, persuasion, and buying behavior • Experience with page builders: GemPages, PageFly, Shogun, or similar • Understanding of mobile-first design — 80%+ of our traffic is mobile • Familiarity with A/B testing tools and how to read test results • Eye for detail — spacing, typography, CTA copy, trust signals
Good to Have • Experience with upsell/cross-sell apps (AfterSell, ReConvert, Zipify) • Knowledge of email marketing design (Klaviyo templates) • Basic HTML/CSS to tweak themes without breaking things • Experience running designs for paid traffic funnels (Meta or Google) • Understanding of free + processing fee or digital product funnels
YOU ARE THE RIGHT FIT IF... • You look at a product page and immediately see 5 things to fix • You think in terms of CVR, AOV, and revenue — not just aesthetics • You've taken a store from 1% to 2%+ conversion and can prove it • You're fast, execution-focused, and don't need hand-holding • You treat every design decision as a hypothesis to be tested
YOU ARE NOT THE RIGHT FIT IF... • You only care about how things look, not how they perform • You've never tracked the revenue impact of your design changes • You need weeks to deliver a single page • You've only done branding or social media design
TOOLS WE USE Shopify · GemPages · ABConvert · AfterSell · Klaviyo · Meta Ads.
WHAT WE OFFER • Competitive salary based on experience and proven results • Performance incentives tied directly to CVR and AOV improvements • Work on multiple stores across different niches — never boring • Fast decision-making — no corporate delays • Direct access to media buyer, creative team, and data • Clear growth path: Designer → Lead Designer → CRO Strategist
HOW TO APPLY Send the following to • Your portfolio (links or PDF) • At least 1–2 case studies showing before/after CVR or AOV results • A brief written answer (100–200 words): "Here's how I would approach improving a low-converting Shopify product page from scratch" • Subject line: E-Commerce Designer Application – (Your Name)
