As part of the operational team and reporting to the COO, the Energy Analyst is primarily responsible for project analysis and supporting the sales pipeline.

YOUR TASKS

  • Using the enshift platform to assess the technical and economic feasibility of individual projects (PV, heating, batteries, etc.)
  • Defining and understanding project potential in terms of energy and CO2 savings
  • Adjusting pricing models based on the individual risks of the project
  • Understanding potential future legislative changes and their impact on the Swiss and European renewable energy landscape (e.g., virtual ZEVs, LEG)
  • Clearly and convincingly presenting technical and economic results to clients, professionals, or authorities

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING

  • Technical university degree in physics, mathematics, engineering, or a related field
  • Fluent German and English skills; French or Italian are a plus
  • Professional experience in the Swiss renewable energy sector (PV, heating, batteries) is a plus
  • Experience with quantitative modeling in Python is desirable
  • Creative and agile thinker with strong interpersonal skills
  • Resilience and flexibility to succeed in a fast-growing, international environment
