As part of the operational team and reporting to the COO, the Energy Analyst is primarily responsible for project analysis and supporting the sales pipeline.
YOUR TASKS
- Using the enshift platform to assess the technical and economic feasibility of individual projects (PV, heating, batteries, etc.)
- Defining and understanding project potential in terms of energy and CO2 savings
- Adjusting pricing models based on the individual risks of the project
- Understanding potential future legislative changes and their impact on the Swiss and European renewable energy landscape (e.g., virtual ZEVs, LEG)
- Clearly and convincingly presenting technical and economic results to clients, professionals, or authorities
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING
- Technical university degree in physics, mathematics, engineering, or a related field
- Fluent German and English skills; French or Italian are a plus
- Professional experience in the Swiss renewable energy sector (PV, heating, batteries) is a plus
- Experience with quantitative modeling in Python is desirable
- Creative and agile thinker with strong interpersonal skills
- Resilience and flexibility to succeed in a fast-growing, international environment
