Your Daily Life
Located 20 minutes from the Paris-Saclay Technology Hub, the site is one of the largest surface radar centers of excellence. We contribute to developing, designing, integrating, and testing air surveillance radars for target detection and identification. As an Engineering Delivery Manager for our Radar department, you will join a dynamic and versatile Radar System Engineering team, responsible for establishing Engineering quotes and developing future surveillance radar products, as well as evolving existing products by understanding an ever-changing customer context.
You will ensure compliance with the Product and Development policy and manage Engineering Development Estimates in interaction with Bids Managers, hardware, software, and industrial competence centers, as well as system engineering.
You will work in close collaboration with:
- The Offer Manager for the preparation of the offer file.
- The Product Development Managers (EDP & PDA) to ensure the consistency of the offer with ongoing developments.
You will be responsible for producing system engineering quotes, relying on discipline leads and your functional radar experience. In this context, your main missions will be:
Your Profile
- A graduate degree (BAC +5) from an engineering school or equivalent university degree, with knowledge of primary and secondary radars, particularly from a functional perspective, is essential for success in this role.
- You have experience in quoting high-tech equipment offers and are proficient in Offer processes.
- You are recognized for your rigor, discipline, and strong synthesis skills to ensure deadlines and quality of deliverables in a demanding project environment.
- You can work in close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and demonstrate good team spirit and the ability to motivate your peers.
