Your daily life

Located 20 minutes from the Paris-Saclay Technology Hub, the site is one of the largest centers of excellence for surface radars. We contribute to developing, designing, integrating, and testing air surveillance radars for detecting and identifying targets.

As an Engineering Delivery Manager for our Radar department, you will join a dynamic and versatile Radar System Engineering team, responsible for establishing Engineering estimates and developing future surveillance radar products, as well as evolving existing products by understanding a constantly changing customer context.

You will ensure compliance with the Product and Development policy and will manage Development Estimates in interaction with Bids Managers, hardware, software, and industrial competence centers, as well as system engineering.

You will work in close collaboration with:

  • The Offer Manager for the preparation of the offer file.
  • The Product Development Managers (EDP & PDA) to ensure the consistency of the offer with ongoing developments.

You will be responsible for producing system engineering estimates, relying on discipline managers and your functional radar experience. In this context, your main missions will be:

  • Coordinate the different Engineering disciplines.
  • Ensure the consistency and coherence of the scope to be costed, the assumptions, and the existence of new solutions to be developed.
  • Build the WBS, Planning, and Risk & Opportunity table.
  • Regularly present the synthesis of Engineering offers.

Your profile

With a BAC +5 level education, such as an engineering school or university equivalent, your knowledge of primary and secondary radars, particularly from a functional perspective, is an essential prerequisite for your success in the role. You have experience in costing high-tech equipment offers and master Offer processes.
