Engineering Manager (AI / ML) – US

Overview

We’re hiring an Engineering Manager to lead the build-out of production-grade AI/ML systems. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll balance technical direction, team leadership, and delivery ownership across the full AI lifecycle.

You’ll work closely with Product, Data, and Business stakeholders to turn AI concepts into scalable, secure, real-world solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and scale a team of AI / ML Engineers and Fullstack Developers
• Own end-to-end delivery of AI-powered products (design ? deployment ? optimisation)
• Define technical architecture for scalable ML systems on Azure
• Drive best practices across engineering, MLOps, and DevOps
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business problems into technical solutions
• Mentor engineers and elevate overall team capability

What We’re Looking For

• Experience managing high-performing engineering teams
• Strong background in Python-based systems and cloud architecture
• Exposure to machine learning systems in production
• Solid understanding of MLOps, CI/CD, and system design
• Experience with Azure (preferred) or other major cloud platforms
• Ability to operate hands-on when needed
