We are looking for a Mechanical Engineering Team Lead to bridge the gap between high-level resource planning and hands‑on engineering execution.

You’ll lead a team of structural/equipment engineers while remaining "in the trenches" executing deliverables. It’s a dual‑impact role: ensuring engineering quality while driving the excellence of your team.

Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Manage resource loading/forecasting (RoFo), conduct skill assessments, and create individual development plans for engineers.
  • Quality & Execution: Validate all engineering deliverables for proposals and projects; lead HAZOP, 3D model reviews, and RCA for non‑conformances.
  • Process Innovation: Roll out new engineering software and refine internal procedures to improve execution efficiency.
  • Technical Guidance: Advise on international codes/standards and lead the "Lessons Learned" process to update organizational tools.
  • Stakeholder Management: Represent the technical team in client meetings and oversee third‑party engineering vendors.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience: 7–12 years in the industry, with at least 5 years in a Lead role focusing on mechanical/structural design.
  • Technical Mastery: Deep knowledge of international codes and full project lifecycle experience (from design to commissioning/troubleshooting).
  • Management: Prior experience as an Engineering Manager is highly preferred.
