About

Currently assigned to Five Below's Merchandising and Inventory Management Engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Actively triage and track incidents from Service Now.
• Works on root cause analysis and provide resolution for complex issues.
• Actively work and engage with Oracle & Azure for bug fixes and patch upgrades.
• Actively engage in execution and automation of regression Testing suite.
• Anchor and execute QA activities for the product group.
• Conducts Team Retrospective to identify improvements in scrum process and unblock team.
• Work with global teams to efficiently deliver key strategies.
• Orchestrate Technical solutions and Stabilize Application & Related Pipelines.
• Collaborate with business stake holders & product owners to identify, analyze and come up with technical orchestration of business process with the latest tools available.
• Actively participate and lead cross engineering organization initiatives.

Requirements

Requires a Master's degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math) as well as 3 years of IT experience (or a Bachelor's degree in a STEM field and 5 years of IT experience).

Must have experience with:

• Designing and implementing quality controls across a multi-cloud hybrid ecosystem
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including infrastructure, Infosec, compliance, product owners and vendors to identify quality controls and oversee implementation
• Automation using Selenium
• Implementing solutions in Oracle and Azure
• Modern agile methodologies
• Training onshore and offshore teams
• Retail systems and applications, including Oracle RMS
• Complex retail financial planning calculations.
