On behalf of an internationally recognized ICT company, an experienced Enterprise Account Manager is sought to drive growth across the Swiss market. This role is ideal for a sales professional with a strong local network and a proven ability to manage complex enterprise sales cycles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with key enterprise customers
  • Manage and grow strategic accounts, building long-term relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Lead complex B2B sales cycles end-to-end, from opportunity creation to successful deal closure
  • Collaborate with technical, channel, and marketing teams to deliver tailored customer solutions
  • Translate client requirements into effective ICT solutions and ensure seamless execution
  • Develop and implement account strategies and market expansion plans
  • Provide insights on market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning
  • Represent the company at industry events, strengthening brand presence in the Swiss market

Must-Have Requirements

  • German (C2 level) and fluent English
  • Strong, established client network in Switzerland
  • Proven track record managing complex enterprise B2B sales cycles
  • Several years of experience in enterprise sales or account management within ICT (IT infrastructure, networking, or security)
  • Deep understanding of the Swiss enterprise landscape, ideally within manufacturing or related industries
  • Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and closing skills
