Compensation

• Base Salary: Up to $200,000

What You’ll Do

Architect the Enterprise Data Platform

Design and implement a modern data lakehouse architecture supporting enterprise analytics and AI. Key responsibilities include:

• Architecting Databricks infrastructure on AWS
• Designing enterprise lakehouse architecture combining Databricks and Snowflake
• Defining data movement across systems and platforms
• Establishing enterprise data architecture standards

Build the Data Foundation for AI & Analytics

Create the architectural foundation that enables:

• Enterprise analytics
• Machine learning workflows
• AI‑driven insights

Ensure the platform is scalable, secure, and optimized for long‑term growth.

Drive Enterprise Data Strategy

Work closely with senior leadership to:

• Define long‑term data architecture strategy
• Establish governance frameworks
• Optimize cost and platform efficiency

This role will influence how data is used across the entire organization.

Must‑Have Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data architecture or enterprise data engineering
• Deep hands‑on experience with Databricks
• Strong experience with AWS
• Experience with Snowflake
• Proven experience building data platforms from scratch
• Strong communication skills and ability to partner with senior stakeholders
