Enterprise Digital & Agentic AI Architect (.NET, Cloud, BSS/OSS)

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Enterprise Digital & AI Architect to lead the design and delivery of AI-first, cloud-native, product-centric platforms.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in .NET-based enterprise systems, Agentic AI architectures, and large-scale digital platforms (BSS/OSS), with the ability to drive modernization and innovation across enterprise ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

Product & Architecture Leadership

• Define and drive end-to-end enterprise architecture vision
• Lead transformation from legacy systems to cloud-native platforms
• Act as a trusted advisor to business, product, and engineering teams

Agentic AI Architecture

• Design and implement Agentic AI solutions using:
  • ADK (Agent Development Kit)
  • MCP (Model Context Protocol)
  • A2A (Agent-to-Agent communication)
• Build autonomous AI agents and integrate with enterprise systems
• Lead PoCs and production deployments of AI-driven solutions

Cloud & Integration

• Architect solutions on:
  • Google Cloud Platform (preferred), AWS, or Azure
• Design:
  • API-led architectures
  • Event-driven systems
  • Streaming platforms
• Integrate systems across:
  • CRM, Billing, Order Management, Payments, Identity

Digital Product Engineering

• Own architecture for:
  • B2C / B2B / B2B2X journeys
• Embed:
  • AI-driven personalization
  • Analytics and experimentation (A/B testing)
• Enable business automation using AI agents

Delivery & Execution

• Lead architecture workshops and solution design
• Collaborate with:
  • Architects, developers, data scientists, DevOps teams
• Drive full lifecycle delivery (design deployment optimization)

Governance & Quality

• Ensure solutions meet:
  • Performance
  • Security
  • Scalability standards
• Apply CBVA metrics to measure business value and ROI

Required Skills

Core Architecture

• 12-14 years of experience in:

  • Enterprise architecture
  • Product engineering
  • Solution design

• Strong experience in:

  • Distributed systems
  • Cloud-native architecture
  • BSS/OSS ecosystems

• .NET (MANDATORY)

• Strong experience in:

  • .NET / .NET Core
  • Enterprise backend systems

• Experience integrating .NET applications with cloud and APIs

Agentic AI & GenAI

• Hands-on experience with:
  • Agentic AI frameworks (ADK, MCP, A2A)
  • AI agents / intelligent systems
• Knowledge of:
  • Google AI ecosystem (Gemini, Vertex AI)

Cloud & Data

• Expertise in:
  • Google Cloud Platform (preferred), AWS, Azure
• Experience with:
  • Streaming (Kafka, Pub/Sub)
  • Data platforms

Integration & Architecture

• Strong experience in:
  • API-led architecture
  • Microservices
  • Event-driven systems

Preferred Skills

• Telecom / BSS / OSS domain experience
• CBVA framework exposure
• Experience with enterprise digital platforms

Experience Required

• 12-14+ years of experience
• Proven experience in architecture leadership roles
