Technical Solution Architect for Enterprise RFP (Web + Mobile + Cloud)

About

We are responding to a large-scale enterprise RFP for a web and mobile platform and are seeking an experienced Technical Solution Architect / Proposal Specialist to develop key proposal sections.

You will be responsible for producing high-quality, enterprise-grade documentation covering:

• Operations Plan
• Implementation Plan
• Staffing Plan
• Proposed System Architecture

This is a short-term, high-impact engagement with potential for ongoing work if the project is awarded.

Responsibilities

• Design a scalable cloud architecture (AWS preferred)
• Create a clear system diagram + data flow
• Write an Operations Plan (monitoring, SLAs, incident response)
• Develop an Implementation Plan (phases, timeline, delivery strategy)
• Define a Staffing Plan aligned with roles and workload
• Ensure all content is clear, professional, and proposal-ready
• Align solution with enterprise expectations (security, scalability, reliability)

Requirements

• 5+ years as a Solution Architect / Technical Lead
• Experience with:
  • AWS (RDS, monitoring, infrastructure)
  • Web + Mobile systems
  • API integrations / microservices
• Prior experience writing:
  • RFP responses
  • Technical proposals
  • Architecture documents
• Strong ability to communicate complex systems clearly

Bonus

• Government or enterprise RFP experience
• Airport / transportation / public sector experience

All deliverables must be submission-ready for enterprise RFP.
