Dynatrace Solution Engineer

About

As a Dynatrace Solution Engineer, you will be a key contributor to the sales engine, delivering expert technical support and Dynatrace-specific Advanced Observability know-how. You will run impactful demos and manage PoCs both onsite and remotely, building strong customer relationships and guiding RFIs & RFPs. You’ll collaborate across teams, shape technical solutions, and help drive customer value. This role offers the chance to influence cloud modernization and digital experiences at scale.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging Dynatrace demonstrations and technical guidance at events and customer meetings
• Lead and support PoCs and cloud architecture discussions to evaluate solutions
• Collaborate with sales, Expert Services, CSMs, and marketing to align on opportunities
• Provide technical input across Discovery, Solution Evaluation, and Solution Proposal stages
• Gather customer feedback for Product Management to influence market needs
• Create and adapt Dynatrace presentation templates for customer demands
• Support partners as a trusted technical advisor and coach
• Identify learning and development opportunities with Sales leadership
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain Dynatrace leadership in the market

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Computer Science
• 3 years of experience in observability space
• strong troubleshooting and multi-project management能力
• ability to travel up to 30%
• customer-facing/technical sales experience or SE background
