Your Responsibilities

• Co-responsibility for the strategic further development, technical support, and security of our Microsoft Entra ID environments and support for new use cases
• Ensuring technically flawless and regulatorily compliant implementation of Microsoft Entra ID, including continuous monitoring and the establishment of traceable processes
• Supporting and advising on company-wide projects for integration into Microsoft Entra ID and existing IAM processes
• Promoting close collaboration with all disciplines of Identity & Access Management and ensuring knowledge transfer within the team
• Independently accompanying internal and external audits within the scope of Identity & Access Management (IAM)

Your Profile

• Completed degree in Computer Science (FH, Uni, ETH) or a comparable qualification
• Several years of practical experience in Cyber Security (Engineering or Architecture) in a regulated environment
• Many years of practical experience in the development and implementation of security concepts and the implementation of solution architectures in the area of Microsoft Entra ID
• Sound knowledge in the area of Microsoft Entra ID and a deep understanding of IAM concepts and processes
• Strategic and analytical thinking, combined with a structured way of working, excellent communication skills, and the ability to convey complex issues to the target audience, as well as to develop and implement a clear vision
• Very good language skills in German and English (at least C1)
