EUS MS Dynamics Platform Engineer

Responsibilities

• End‑to‑end ownership and administration of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.
• License management, security role configuration, user provisioning, and environment setup.
• Configuration, maintenance, testing, and deployment of platform updates and service upgrades in coordination with Microsoft and internal IT teams.
• Management of environment health and stability.
• Implementation and management of governance controls, including Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies for secure data backup, access and usage.
• Development and maintenance of automation solutions using PowerShell and CLI scripting to optimize platform operations and support business requirements.
• Monitoring of system performance, incident management, and resolution of end‑user and platform‑level issues.
• Planning and execution of platform enhancements, integrations, and customizations leveraging Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities.
• Compliance management in alignment with applicable regulatory, ISRM & quality standards, including GxP, PIIT2/T3, HIPAA, and SOX (where applicable).
• Collaboration with business stakeholders, end users, and cross‑functional technology, security, quality, and compliance teams.
• Ongoing assessment of industry trends and emerging technologies to identify improvement, innovation, and cost‑optimization opportunities.
• Project management activities, including scope definition, milestone management, progress tracking, and status reporting.
• Continuous monitoring and optimization of operational, support, and user experience performance metrics.
