About the Role
Your role at Bristol Myers Squibb as an Executive Associate / Project Manager will be to serve as a strategic and operational extension of senior leadership within the GPD&S team.
Responsibilities
- Providing high-level executive and administrative support to GPD&S senior leaders, acting as a trusted partner and extension of the leadership team. This involves managing complex, multi-time zone calendars, arranging end-to-end domestic and international travel, and preparing executive correspondence and briefing materials.
- Coordinating leadership meetings, off-sites, town halls, and site visits, including logistics, room and AV bookings, and stakeholder coordination.
- Owning and managing cross-functional GPD&S initiatives, operating as the single point of coordination across stakeholders. This includes developing and maintaining project plans, tracking execution progress, and preparing executive-ready dashboards and status updates.
- Performing structured analysis using multiple data sources to support leadership decision-making and presenting information clearly and concisely to senior leaders and diverse audiences.
- Overseeing selected operational processes supporting the leadership portfolio, ensuring adherence to internal policies, systems, and controls.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
- 8-10+ years of experience supporting senior leaders in complex, global organizations.
- Demonstrated experience in project management, coordination, or delivery of cross-functional initiatives.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint with strong visual storytelling skills; working knowledge of Visio preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities, work independently, and operate effectively in a matrixed, multi-time-zone environment.
