Our Client

Our client is a specialist technology recruitment agency based in Sydney Australia, serving clients across the APAC region. This agency specialises in securing top-tier talent for their clients across the technology and IT space, with a strong focus on long-term relationships, exceptional candidate experience, and delivering meaningful outcomes for both clients and candidates.

Note: This client is based in Australia and this role requires the successful candidate to fully align with AEST business hours.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced recruiter with at least 5 years of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment for technology and IT clients and roles.

This is a true 180 recruitment role with a strong focus on managing the candidates experience from start to end. You will be responsible for running structured outreach, sourcing and delivering high quality and placement ready candidates for technology and transformation roles.

Working closely with the Australian team, you will build and manage targeted talent pipelines of high- quality candidates for current and future client needs. This role requires strategic long-term relationship building and guiding of candidates through life-changing career moves.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end recruitment across technology and IT roles
  • Proactive sourcing and talent mapping via:
    • LinkedIn Recruiter
    • Job boards
    • Talent databases
    • Networking and headhunting
  • Conducting candidate interviews and screenings
  • Writing and posting job advertisements
  • Managing interview coordination and candidate communication
  • Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines
  • Maintaining accurate ATS and recruitment records
  • Supporting Australian-based recruitment consultants and clients
  • Working across multiple live vacancies simultaneously.

Requirements To Apply

  • 5+ years recruitment experience.
  • 2 + years recruitment agency experience (not just in-house)
  • 3 + experience recruiting specifically within the technology / IT sector
  • Solid interest and understanding of technology space and advancements within tech.
  • Previous experience with international recruitment- supporting international markets, clients and candidates, remotely.
  • Strong LinkedIn sourcing and headhunting capability
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organisation and stakeholder communication skills
  • Previous recruitment experience in the Australian market is highly regarded.
