job context and purpose

Professional Services

Professional Services is responsible for the implementation of RPO, MSP and SOW solutions, in line with the agreed project plan, timescales and within budget. The implementation team holds the responsibility of being the first ‘face to the client’. We set the scene for future collaboration and must work efficiently, professionally and in line with the client's expectation of an outsourced partner. We work under pressure and must therefore be in control and demonstrate a constant ability to be flexible within the constraints of very rigid project management principles. The implementation team must maintain the integrity of our Global implementation methodology and ensure a smooth transition from the Business Development team takes place and subsequently prepare a stable handover to the Operations team.

Directing and managing large size multi-country/regional implementation projects. The Project

Manager works independently and deals with senior level stakeholders, workers and/or profiles.

The Project Manager will also share responsibility for the onboarding and training of new colleagues by providing mentoring/buddy support. They will lead meetings, share best practices within the team and develop new ways of working to improve efficiency and quality.

key performance indicators

● Project management - full understanding of end to end project management, including risk and issue management, milestone delivery and ensuring the project is on track for final go live delivery

● Aptitude for technology - VMS, ATS, Assessment, CRM & Sourcing tools

● Understanding - MSP, RPO, SOW, Headcount tracking and Early careers

● Logical thinker - working with Subject Matter Experts to ensure project deliverables are met and followed logically

● Change management - understanding of the importance of change management within the implementation lifecycle your responsibilities

Project Management

● Project management and facilitation of cross border multi regional implementations ●

Project Management for MSP, RPO, SOW or Headcount Tracking or blended solution implementations dependent on scale

● Identifies and mitigates risks and issues and provides an audit trail of accountability ●

Provides regular status reports to the RSR senior stakeholders and Client Project and

Senior Stakeholders, as well as Technology Partner key stakeholders

● Assesses, plans and implements appropriate implementation approach with required

Workstream lead for related services in line with project deliverables

● Ensures contractual documentation is completed in a timely manage to ensure the project remains on track

● Creates project management tools in smartsheet and google to support the implementation and makes sure project team is updating relevant documentation (RAID,

Timesheets, Reporting etc)

Leadership

● Manages the activities of the project related implementation team

● Provides mentorship to new team members, as well as cross-training to other teams ●

Audits service quality and educates RSR local teams regarding processes and procedures during implementation

● Is the first point of escalation for client and senior stakeholders Support

● Adheres to guidelines, best practices and toolkits for functional implementation of an

MSP, RPO, SOW, Headcount Tracking or blended solutions 3

● Initiates and drives continuous improvements in the way-of-working, tools, methods and solution concepts

● Provides input and guidance for bids and proposals as required

● Attends sales presentations with Sales and Solutions team in the capacity of Subject

Matter Expert (SME) for MSP/RPO/SOW implementations

Client & Customer Management

● Supports internal customers to ensure their needs are met

● Works with the Workstream Leads and SME’s, to facilitate their activities for the delivery of the services sold
