Your Tasks

As part of our Data Analytics team in the Strategy and Transactions service line at our Berlin, Frankfurt/Main, Munich, or Stuttgart locations, you will support our team in analyses throughout the entire deal and transformation cycle. You will take on diverse tasks:

• Support in advising national and international companies during and after a deal and transformation process to derive strategic, data-based decisions.
• Implementation of tailor-made BI/Analytics solutions using Spark platforms and relational databases (Synapse, Databricks, SQL), platforms and orchestrations (MS Fabric, Azure Data Factory, dbt), and visualizations (Power BI).
• Conducting complex data analyses to enable business insights and extract trends from which the team derives strategic recommendations on financial and operational challenges.
• Utilizing expertise in Artificial Intelligence – including GenAI and Machine Learning – to solve real customer challenges and strengthen a culture of data-driven innovation in corporate governance.

This position is available from November for 4 months.

Your Skillset

• Studies in Data Science, Business Informatics/Mathematics; or Business Sciences, or a comparable course of study, at least in the 4th semester of Bachelor's or in Master's.
• Good programming skills in SQL or Python and ideally initial experience in Cloud Data Engineering (Data Warehousing, ETL/ELT pipelines, and version control systems with CI/CD pipelines).
• Very good communication skills in German and English (at least B2).
