Responsibilities

• Responsible for the establishment and expansion of the Data Science & Business Analytics (DSBA) business unit
• Successful acquisition, project management, and implementation of DSBA projects
• Building and leading the DSBA specialist team, providing technical and professional leadership to employees
• Close, interactive collaboration with customers through agile project management and implementation of the co-creation process
• Revenue responsibility for the specialist area
• Supporting Business Development and Sales in relation to technology strategies, target markets, and customers for DSBA
• Identifying synergies and jointly realizing potentials for technological and economic progress through close collaboration with other specialist departments

Requirements

• Completed studies in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Data Science
• Several years of relevant professional experience in Data Science or Data Analytics
• Advanced knowledge and experience in agile project management
• Self-perception characterized by high self-motivation, responsibility, initiative, and high standards for the quality of one's own work results
• Confident interaction with people, teamwork skills, leadership competence, and strong communication skills
• Fluent German and English skills
• High resilience, willingness to travel (approx. 20%)
