About the Role
As the Field and Trade Marketing Manager, you will play a vital role in promoting our company and its brands. You will execute tailored marketing campaigns that resonate with our goals while collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and distribution partners. Your leadership will drive engagement, generate leads, and create opportunities for upselling across various markets.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and analyze region-specific initiatives.
- Engage with regional sales and distribution partners to boost revenue through budtender and account engagement strategies.
- Organize and implement a local monthly marketing calendar with activations, media, and support for national campaigns.
- Educate and inspire dispensary staff and customers through budtender training and community pop-up events.
- Oversee the Brand Ambassador team, scheduling in-store promotions and ensuring brand standards are met.
- Establish key partnerships with local businesses and non-profits to enhance community relations.
- Monitor and share marketing and sales performance metrics.
- Track campaign results and provide recommendations for future initiatives.
Qualifications
- BA Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in field marketing or brand ambassadorship.
- Retail experience in dispensaries or related fields preferred.
- A passion for our brands and the cannabis industry.
Skills Needed
