Urban Company is expanding its field sales team to recruit maids for the Powai, L&T & Nahar areas. We are looking for enthusiastic Field Recruiters who can work on‑ground, meet prospects, and bring new talent onto our platform.

Job Type	Full‑Time
Experience	0 – 1 year (freshers welcome)
Education	Any level (all education backgrounds accepted)
Salary	₹25,000 – ₹33,000 per month (fixed)
Work Days	6 days/week (Monday – Saturday)
Timings	09:00 AM – 06:00 PM
Location	Office & field work from Vikhroli (West), Mumbai

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Prospect & Recruit: Identify, approach, and onboard qualified maids for the designated zones (Powai, L&T & Nahar).
• Field Visits: Conduct on‑site visits, verify candidate credentials, and complete onboarding paperwork.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and local partners.
• Target Achievement: Meet weekly/monthly recruitment targets set by the team lead.
• Reporting: Update daily activity logs and recruitment status in the company CRM.
