About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic experienced Field Sales & Service Engineer to drive adoption of Single Point Automatic Lubrication Systems across industrial customers in Gujarat & Rajasthan.

This role combines technical solution selling, field demonstrations, and customer relationship management. The selected candidate will work closely with maintenance teams, plant heads, and reliability engineers to improve equipment life, reduce downtime, and enhance plant productivity through automated lubrication solutions.

  • This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants deep exposure to industrial sales across sectors such as cement, steel, power plants, chemicals, ports, and heavy engineering.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Business Development

    • Identify and develop new customers in industrial sectors.
    • Promote single point automatic lubrication systems to maintenance and reliability teams.
    • Conduct plant visits to identify lubrication improvement opportunities.
  2. Technical Sales

    • Understand equipment lubrication points and recommend appropriate solutions.
    • Deliver product presentations and technical demonstrations.
    • Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up for order closure.
  3. Customer Relationship Management

    • Build long-term relationships with plant maintenance managers and reliability engineers.
    • Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
  4. Installation & Service Support

    • Coordinate installation of lubrication systems at customer sites.
    • Conduct basic troubleshooting and service support when required.
  5. Market Intelligence

    • Track competitor activities and emerging lubrication requirements across industries.

Candidate Profile

Education

  • Ability to conduct plant visits and technical discussions
  • Self-driven and comfortable with extensive field travel
