About the role

Overview

We are looking for a driven and energetic Field Sales Executive with 1 to 4 years of sales experience who enjoys meeting people, exploring new markets, and building business on the ground. This role is ideal for someone who prefers being out in the field and engaging directly with clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or IT/software solutions, and be skilled in territory management, lead generation, consultative selling, and negotiations. Account management, and quota attainment is highly desirable.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and prospect potential clients across different business segments using territory-based approaches (B2B prospecting, lead generation, and cold outreach) • Pitch, demo, and promote our software/SaaS and IT solutions using consultative selling techniques to articulate value and ROI • Build and nurture relationships to generate new business opportunities, manage accounts, and create cross-sell/upsell opportunities • Manage end-to-end sales cycle including qualification, proposal, negotiation, contract closure, and achieving quota targets • Conduct regular field visits, territory planning, and client meetings to drive pipeline and conversions • Maintain accurate records in CRM, update pipeline, track KPIs, and generate sales reports (Salesforce/HubSpot/MS Dynamics)

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication, presentation, and persuasive skills with a consultative selling approach • Proven B2B sales experience (1–4 years), preferably in SaaS, software, or IT solutions • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics) and comfortable managing pipelines and sales metrics/KPIs • Demonstrated ability in territory management, lead generation, prospecting (cold calling/outbound), and account management • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with a 90–100% on-field role; prior experience in IT/software sales is preferred • Good analytical skills to interpret sales data, proficiency in MS Office tools, and ability to work independently as well as with internal stakeholders
