Role Description
The Finance Sales Manager will oversee and drive financial product sales, manage client relationships, and implement strategies to achieve sales targets. The role involves analyzing market trends, training and motivating sales teams, and ensuring seamless client experiences. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune Division, with opportunities to collaborate across teams and contribute to organizational growth.
Qualifications
- Sales and Negotiation Skills: Proficiency in financial sales, business development, and negotiation techniques to successfully close deals and meet targets.
- Financial Product Knowledge: Familiarity with lending, insurance, and wealth advisory products to provide tailored solutions to clients.
- Strategic and Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to analyze market data, identify opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies.
- Customer Relationship Management: Expertise in nurturing customer relationships, addressing client concerns, and ensuring satisfaction for long-term partnerships.

- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and stay updated with market trends and financial regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fields is preferred.
- Experience in sales within the financial services sector is highly desirable.
