Your Role at Delta Faucet
As a member of the Product Finance team, you will help drive the financial success of our new product portfolio. This role partners closely with Product, Engineering, Sourcing, and broader Finance teams to provide data driven insights, financial analysis, and strategic recommendations that influence product development, product performance, and investment decisions. The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and thrives in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product and cross‑functional teams as a trusted financial advisor, supporting strategic and operational decision‑making through insightful, metrics‑driven analysis.
- Analyze product‑level P&L statements, SKU profitability, and cost structures, providing actionable recommendations to improve margin and returns.
- Evaluate financial performance of new and existing products, including post‑launch reviews and measurement of financial impact against business cases.
- Review and analyze capital investments related to new product launches, including ROI, payback, and risk assessments.
- Support the annual budgeting process and monthly forecasting for new product development spend and ongoing product investments.
- Demonstrate intellectual curiosity by continuously improving financial models, reporting, and analytical processes to support scalability and growth.
- Adapt to shifting priorities and deadlines while delivering high‑quality, organized, and timely analysis.
- Assist with ad‑hoc financial analysis, special projects, and leadership requests as needed.
Qualifications
- The ideal candidate will possess a B.S. degree in Finance or Accounting from a 4-year college or university with proven experience.
- 3+ years of work experience in analytically demanding financial role
- Outstanding partnership and interpersonal skills, an ability to balance multiple priorities, deep attention to detail, and the propensity to thrive in the ambiguity that comes with a fast-growing organization
- Strong Excel modeling skills for developing complex financial analyses and decision support models
