About the Role

:Forget sitting behind a desk. This is a hands-on, target-driven sales role where you will be the face of Woolworths Financial Services inside our stores. Your mission is to actively engage with customers, identify their financial needs, and confidently sell our products to help them achieve their goals

What you'll be doing (Your Sales Goals • ):Hunt for Opportunities: Proactively engage with customers in the store to promote and sell Financial Services products, turning everyday shoppers into loyal financial services client • s.Build Relationships to Drive Sales: Partner with our store teams to integrate our sales activities into their daily routine. You'll be the go-to expert, supporting them to help you both achieve sales target • s.Own Your Numbers: Take full accountability for your individual sales targets. You will manage your personal sales pipeline and consistently strive to exceed your performance goal • s.Track & Report on Your Wins: Monitor your sales performance and present a weekly report to your Team Leader, detailing your successes, growth in the customer base, and results from in-store promotion • s.Stay Sharp & Compliant: Ensure all your sales activities are compliant with company policies and industry regulations, while always looking for ways to improve our sales proces
