Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finishing Manager located in Hyderabad. The Finishing Manager will oversee the final stages of construction projects, ensuring quality control and compliance with company standards. Responsibilities include supervising finishing activities such as plastering, tiling, painting, and interiors, managing on-site staff, coordinating schedules with multiple teams, and ensuring timely project delivery. The role involves close collaboration with project managers and quality assurance teams to maintain high standards and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Quality Control and a strong understanding of construction quality standards
- Project Management expertise with a track record of planning, scheduling, and delivering projects on time
- Knowledge of SMSTS and its application in ensuring safety and compliance on project sites
- Proficiency in Production Management and overseeing construction-related finishing tasks
- Extensive experience in construction management and hands‑on knowledge of finishing processes
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred)
- Ability to efficiently handle on‑site challenges and deliver results under tight deadlines
