Our client is seeking a dynamic and innovative FMCG Brand Manager to drive growth and market presence for their key brands in Queenstown, Eastern Cape, ZA. This role is pivotal in shaping brand strategy, developing impactful marketing campaigns, and ensuring sustained consumer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Managing the entire brand lifecycle, from market analysis and product development to promotional activities and performance tracking.
• Conducting market research, identifying consumer insights, developing brand positioning, and overseeing the execution of marketing plans across various channels, including digital, ATL, and BTL.
• Working closely with sales, R&D, and agency partners to ensure seamless brand execution and achieve sales targets.
• Interpreting sales data, market share reports, and consumer feedback to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the FMCG sector, consumer behavior, and market trends.
• A proven track record in brand building, campaign management, and budget allocation is essential.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are paramount to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• An MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is highly desirable.
• A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in brand management within the FMCG industry is required.
• Experience in developing and launching new products is a significant advantage.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously is crucial.
