Duties & Responsibilities • Able to read and interpret Engineering
drawings; • Liaising with Production teams; • Overseeing daily activities and coordinating the team’s workload to meet
production targets. • Training, mentoring and evaluating team member skills and performance, fostering a
positive and productive work environment. • Identification and resolving any issues arising during fabrication process,
ensuring timely completion of projects. • Maintaining accurate records of production activities, including production schedules.
Desired Experience & Qualification • Matric; • Own transport; • Able to work long hours and under pressure. • High energy levels and self-motivated; • Reliable transport • Good communication skills (ability to communicate effectively with team
members and other team members). • Minimum of 5 years experience in trailer manufacturing. • Minimum of 5 years experience working as a • Foreman.
