An early-stage AI company operating quietly in the industrial sector is looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to join the team. They’re developing AI systems that streamline technical sales for complex machinery.

They already have real customers, strong financial backing, and a tight knit, highly technical team. This role sits at the intersection of engineering and the real world - you’ll be hands-on where the product meets the customer.

Responsibilities

• Roll out AI-driven solutions directly within customer environments
• Break down complex, often unstructured industrial workflows into usable systems
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering to deliver quickly
• Handle integrations, edge cases, and live problem-solving on-site

Qualifications

• A solid engineering background (Python or full stack)
• Experience working in fast-moving or early-stage teams
• Confidence working directly with users and making real-time decisions
• Curiosity about applied AI and complex operational systems
