Founding AI Engineer

We are building AI-powered products from the ground up — and we’re looking for a Founding AI Engineer to join as a core technical partner.

This is not a traditional job.

This is a founding opportunity with equity / profit-sharing, designed for someone who wants to build real products, own outcomes, and grow into a leadership role (CTO track).

What You’ll Do

• Build AI-powered applications using LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.)
• Design and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems
• Create automation workflows using n8n or similar tools
• Integrate APIs and build scalable backend systems
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS / Azure / GCP
• Rapidly prototype MVPs and iterate quickly from idea to production
• Help define architecture, technical direction, and product decisions

What We’re Looking For

• Strong hands-on experience with AI tools, LLM APIs, or AI application development
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Ability to build fast — from concept to working product
• Strong understanding of APIs, backend systems, and automation
• Startup mindset: ownership, speed, and problem-solving
• Must be willing to work on-site or closely with the team in Long Island, NY

Compensation

• Equity and/or profit-sharing (negotiable based on experience and contribution)
• Early-stage founding role with significant upside potential
• Clear path toward Lead Engineer / CTO-level responsibility
