We’re partnering with a well-funded, fast-scaling AI infrastructure startup to hire a high-agency, builder-type marketer who will work directly with the founding team.

🚨 This is a critical founding hire as the company transitions from stealth mode to building its market presence. You’ll play a pivotal role in defining how the company is introduced to the world—and how it scales from there. This is a true 0→1 role—you’ll own narrative, distribution, and growth from the ground up.

🎯 What You’ll Own

You’ll define how the company is discovered, understood, and trusted by engineering teams.

Core Responsibilities • Shape market presence across content, social, events, and partnerships • Create high-impact content (blogs, case studies, newsletters) for technical audiences • Own SEO & performance marketing and build scalable growth engines • Plan and execute events (from curated dinners to conferences) • Build strategic partnerships within relevant communities and ecosystems • Run experiments, track performance, and rapidly iterate

✅ Ideal Background • 2–4 years in marketing at a startup or high-growth tech company • Experience owning initiatives end-to-end with minimal guidance • Exposure to content, growth, or community-led marketing

⭐ Bonus • Experience in developer tools, infrastructure, or AI products • Hands-on with SEO, paid acquisition, or events • Familiarity with AI/coding tools (e.g., Claude Code)

💰 Compensation & Benefits • Salary: $150K – $200K • Equity: Competitive

📍 Location & Work Setup • New York (5 days/week in-office) • Flexibility for occasional remote days

🌐 Visa • No new sponsorship • Open to H1B transfers • Can sponsor TN & Singaporean visas
