🚨 Founding Role: Programs & Operations Associate (Volunteer | NGO)

Starvation impact is an NGO focused on eradicating hunger through feeding, support, and economic empowerment.

We’ve already fed 100+ individuals, and now we’re stepping into our next phase:

→ Scaling feeding programs

→ Launching community food trucks in underserved areas

→ Helping people gain skills to earn and sustain themselves To make this happen, I’m looking for a Programs & Operations Associate to join as part of the founding team.

This role is for someone who is hands on, resourceful, and ready to build from the ground up.

What you’ll do

• Support the planning and execution of feeding programs • Coordinate outreach in local communities • Help organize volunteers and basic operations • Assist in launching our food truck initiative • Work closely with me to grow impact from 100 → thousands

This is a right fit for you if • You’re proactive and take initiative • You’ve handled projects, coordination, or community work before • You’re organized and reliable • You care deeply about solving real problems like hunger • You want to grow into a leadership role in the social impact space

IMPORTANT

This is currently a volunteer (unpaid) role as we are in the early stage. However

• You’ll be part of the founding team and first to get paid upon securing grants and funding • You’ll gain real, hands-on experience building an NGO • You’ll grow into a leadership role as we scale and secure funding
