Position Summary

The Franchise & Brand Lead is an essential role for the success of our Oncology franchise. The Franchise & Brand Lead is a hybrid role of sales and marketing, vital in promoting the business of our organization by designing, developing, leading, and executing the indication franchise strategy, including different treatment lines and treatment options. The Franchise & Brand Lead leads a team of Therapeutic Area Specialists dedicated to franchise indications and holds responsibility for the brand planning and execution of in‑line indications allocated to the franchise. This role reports to the BUD Therapeutic area and is a fixed‑term position.

  • Strong in business, tactical planning and execution.
  • Experience that has required the use of analytical skills, selling skills, and the development of strong business acumen, as well as a working knowledge of the market access environment.
  • Ability to own and participate in projects with a strong focus on delivery in regards to quality and adherence to agreed timelines.
  • Understanding of the local healthcare system and hospital/primary care environment; code of conduct, governing bodies.
  • Demonstrated business acumen in assessing complex issues and determining clear strategies and action plans.
  • Very good language skills in Romanian and English. Additional language skills are a plus but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrate strength in business planning, tactical planning development and execution.
