Freelance Service now Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Freelance Service now Engineer to join a high-performing engineering team working on scalable products for global enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities • Design and develop solutions on the ServiceNow platform • Work extensively on CSM (Customer Service Management), ITSM (IT Service Management), and FSM (Field Service Management) • Customize workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems and APIs • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand requirements • Ensure platform performance, scalability, and security best practices • Provide support, enhancements, and continuous improvements Must-Have Skills • ServiceNow Development (6+ years overall experience) • ITSM: 5+ years of hands-on experience • CSM: Minimum 2+ years of experience • FSM: Minimum 2+ years OR strong working exposure • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API) • Experience in workflows, integrations, and automation • Good understanding of ServiceNow architecture Soft Skills • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to work in a client-facing offshore model • Problem-solving and analytical thinking
