We're scaling fast and opening up our recruiter network to independent professionals who want to earn strong commission filling high-quality, pre-qualified roles. We're looking for a freelance tech recruiter with a strong background placing software engineers, full stack developers, and automation engineers, ideally across SaaS companies where the bar is high and the hiring managers know exactly what they want.

• *What you'll be doing**

Sourcing and screening candidates for live roles across our client portfolio, primarily full stack engineers, automation engineers, and web developers. You'll work from a dedicated platform showing you the full deal scope, role requirements, and commission per placement. No noise, just the roles you're working. • *What we're looking for** • Experience placing senior technical leadership (Head of Engineering, CTO, VP Engineering) • Agency background with high-volume experience, you're comfortable managing 10–15+ interviews a day • Proven track record placing engineers and technical roles, ideally within SaaS or product companies • Excellent spoken and written English, you'll be communicating with candidates globally and sometimes joining client-facing calls • Self-sufficient and commercially driven, you know how to close • *The setup** • Commission per successful placement • Fully remote and flexible, you work your pipeline, we handle the client relationships • *Sound like you?**
