The candidate will be responsible for defining frontend architecture, building high-performance UI systems, and mentoring frontend engineers while working closely with backend and DevOps teams.Key Responsibilities • Design and implement scalable frontend architecture for complex applications. • Develop high-quality applications using React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript. • Build reusable component libraries and design systems. • Optimize frontend performance and ensure responsive, cross-browser compatible UI. • Implement efficient state management and real-time features. • Conduct code reviews and mentor frontend developers. • Collaborate with backend and DevOps teams for seamless integration and deployment. Required Skills • 10+ years of experience in Frontend/Web Development. • Strong expertise in React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript. • Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, React Query). • Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, modern styling frameworks, and responsive design. • Experience in performance optimization and frontend architecture. • Familiarity with CI/CD, testing frameworks, and modern build tools.
