AI Futures are the Search Partner for an exciting and fast-paced Energy Start-Up in Munich. They are driving real investment into Generative AI to be rolled-out as an independent service line to their existing and new customers.

We are searching for several Full Stack AI Engineers to join an ambitious and rapidly growing team based in Munich.

The Role

• Build and deploy full-stack applications that interface with multimodal and agentic AI systems
• Design and implement autonomous agent workflows, tools, and orchestration layers
• Create scalable backend services and APIs powering enterprise-grade Agentic AI features
• Integrate LLMs, vector databases, retrieval pipelines, memory systems, and tool-calling frameworks
• Collaborate closely with founders to prototype, iterate, and ship solutions at high velocity
• Establish relationships with client stakeholders, to understand existing infrastructure, business requirements and build bespoke solutions.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and help shape the early engineering culture

The Candidate

• Strong full-stack development skills (e.g., TypeScript, Python, React/Next.js, Node.js, etc.)
• Hands-on experience building with LLMs, RAG pipelines, agent frameworks, or autonomous AI systems
• Solid backend engineering fundamentals (APIs, distributed systems, databases)
• Experience with cloud-native environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced early-stage startup environment
• Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma etc.) and LLM tooling (LangChain, OpenAI API, custom tool calling)
