Responsibilities
- Collaborate with architects and team leads to build software solutions in the wireless domain
- Lead significant modules of the software platform independently
- Engage with team leads to develop POCs and suggest optimized software structures
- Handle development of Message Listener and asynchronous data processing technologies
- Convert legacy mainframe code into innovative solutions using contemporary technologies
- Partner with build and deployment teams to troubleshoot code deployment issues
- Communicate technical aspects effectively to different audience types
- Support production activities during release days
- Reverse engineer legacy systems and design suitable technical solutions
- Develop Microservices utilizing Java/J2EE and related frameworks
- Monitor and support high-volume web service integrations
- Ensure the development of responsive web designs across various browsers
- Manage multiple timelines in a demanding, deadline-driven environment
- Employ source control systems effectively for integration patterns
- work with RMQ, JMS, Kafka, and diverse DBMS technologies
- containerize applications for deployment in Cloud environments
- Integrate workflows and frontend technologies like ReactJS
- Use static analysis tools for code assessment and maintenance
- Conduct testing on business processes across applications with end-to-end flow
Requirements
- Proficient in software development using Agile methodologies
- Experience in leading substantial modules of software platforms
- Familiarity with creating proof of concepts (POCs) and recommending optimized software solutions
- Knowledge in developing Message Listener and asynchronous data processing technologies
- Capability to convert legacy mainframe code into modern solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills for addressing complex issues
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for diverse audiences
- Willingness to support production activities during release launches
- Proficient in analyzing legacy systems and defining technical designs
- Skilled in designing and building Microservices using Java/J2EE, Camel, and Spring frameworks
- Experienced with web service technologies like SOAP and REST APIs
- Competent in developing responsive web designs with cross-browser compatibility
- Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on experience with source control systems, including Accurev, Maven, and Git
- Knowledge of message queue systems such as RMQ, JMS, and Kafka
- Familiar with database management systems like Oracle, PostgreSQL, Cassandra, and Redis
- Experience in deploying applications in a Cloud environment
- Familiarity with workflow integrations and working with front-end technologies like ReactJS
- Experience with static analysis tools such as SonarCube and Fortify
- Ability to conduct unit tests, code reviews, and establish high coding standards
- Experience with project tracking systems like Jira
